By purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms.
Each item is handmade to order with care. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations may occur from item to item, including minor differences in color, texture, or placement.
Processing times are typically 3–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been handed over to the carrier. However, I am always happy to help support you in resolving any shipping issues.
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can help find a solution.
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and device differences.
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at my discretion in rare cases (such as suspected fraud or inability to fulfill an order).

Return policy
I take great pride in crafting each handmade piece with care and attention to detail.
Each item is handmade to order, I begin working on your order shortly after it's placed. However, I do understand that sometimes changes happen. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, your order will move into production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will gladly review the situation and work with you to find a solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or adjustment.
